Simply put, I have a Burgertime PCB that is in need of repair. I have tested my monitor in my cabinet, I know its not that. The game board plays blind. And I think it's outputting a sync signal, as there is voltage on the sync lines. There is no voltage on the RGB lines. I assume there should...

I just scored a burgertime...except the monitor is out. The tube still glows...and the screen is just entirely olive green when I turn it on. I'm gonna take a wild guess here and say a cap kit will most likely fix it...but if somebody thinks it might be something else...please let me know. As...
