Yes the pcb board fits separately on top of control board . I assume you can switch out e-proms my top game board has 5 games looking for entire video pcb or just e-proms. Hope this info helps.

picked up a sega super hang-on. drop in a coin game starts, sound good,steering good,throttel good,break good,game stops o.k., attraction mode o.k. but monitor screen has black lines and color lines across screen. what is this a sign of!! not tech. just a granpa!
