The voltage across the coin switches is only 1v shouldn't this be 5? And would this indicate an issue with the resistor pack? or debounce caps?

Same problem I have the same problem with the credit sound effect looping in diag mode. It will no longer accept credits in normal mode either. I've tried disconnecting the credit switches but doesn't change anything. Could this be a pcb issue?
