Crap, so I did a Cap Kit, Flyback replacement, and general reflow but I can't get a picture on the screen. if I turn up the Flyback I can get brightness and horizontal lines, but clearly no picture is going through. I checked the HOT and the transistors on the neckboard, but they are all good...

I kind of broke my tube and I need to get a replacement. The Chassis is for a QNIC CGM 2500 and should be working. My tube is a Sanyo and I can try and answer any questions someone might have. It is a 25" Tube and CGA for a Neo-Geo.
