Ended up being a connector on the Playfield GI Relay under the playfield. Someone had rebuilt it before but used the wrong type of connector and it was not making good contact.

I Will double check the connectors but I replace the GI connectors on EVERY Pinball machine I buy just for general purpose so I am pretty sure it is not the GI connector on the MPU. The interconnect board I did not check though so I will take a look at that one for sure. I used to have a Bride...
