I just replaced the power supply on Police 911. I checked the yellow wire and got 11.80 V. The red wire is 5.20 V. I plugged the powers to the pcb and chassis and when I turn on the power the fuse blows on the power supply. Any body have any ideas what I should look at? Thanks
