The top connector is the d coil. Do you know what the other 2 are?

Somebody wired them into a square 9 pin plug. Will both black be hot and both red neutral? If so do i need to plug all4 to the power supply or just one of each. Or is one black hot and one neutral at the ac in and i just need to test the wires for hot then put matching plug w/ power supply.also...
