Game Room Guys Shipped me the wrong machine?

So I ordered a Metallica premium pinball from Game Room Guys ($7200). It came today. Saw there was no damage to the box and signed for it. A buddy of mine came over who owns several pins to help me set it up. This is my first NIB pin. He looked at the box and said "I thought you bought a...

    Data IO 29B w/Unipak 2B Startup

Hello, I was wondering if someone with the same setup could take a short video of the initial power-on? I see LEDs flashing on IC pods #6 and #7....no others (On the Unipak 2B). Curious if this is normal or perhaps the other pods aren't responding (broken?). No error codes are displayed...

How to protect your expensive blacklight carpet?

All, I'm getting ready to put down blacklight carpet (The usual "Shockwave" pattern). This carpet, I have been told by the manufacturer (Joy Carpets), has been discontinued. They have a little over 140'x12' left. Once it's gone, it's gone. The last thing I want to do is rut or stretch or tear...

    My Pinball Backglass Moisture

I am finishing my basement. I took all my games and placed them into an unfinished room and sealed it off. After all the drywalling was completed, I opened up the room and saw my pinball's backglass (Getaway - Highspeed II). Appears moisture got between the glass and the paint in a few different...

    Heating/Cooling 2100SQFT Basement/Arcade

Well I just moved down from Dayton OH to Cumming GA (Who in the heck named this town!!!). My 2100SQFT basement is not finished. It is framed and for the most part like the layout (May have some headers beefed up to move/remove a wall or two). Anyway, I have all of my 20 games sitting down in...

I have 20 video games and VERY good condition. I'm a little scared. Not only do I have to go through each...

    ISO Transformer 120in - 120out

Because it's a basic ISO, in and out (primary, secondary) voltage both match, does it really matter which side (or top/bottom) I use to input my AC? Also, In cases where its a slight step-up (125in, 135out), could I reverse it and get something like 125in, 115out and still perform it's...

    Billabs Tri-Sync BL19C90T 19"

What is everyones experiance with these things. Arcade shop is selling them. What is the quality. Adjusting fairly easy? Does it allow you to adjust the horizontal width/size more than just an inch or 2? I have brand new monitors where the horizontal width/size adjustments suck! I am hoping this...

Adjusting Horz Width Coil Does Nothing.

If I adjust the Horz Width Coil and it does nothing, does that mean it needs replaced? I adjusted that sucker from one extreme to another and it has NO impact on my picture. Not even one pixel. It's a Electrohome G07.

My new Iso Transformer output 138volts?

My new Iso Transformer output 138volts? Is that too much? The volts going in is 128. I'm getting ready to power up an Electrohome G07 monitor (I have no idea it works. it came in a almost empty Dragon's Lair cabinet.) Also, beside trying to shock myself, how do I know the frame around my monitor...

    Gauntlet & Xybots Atari Joysticks

Is there a tool to use to properly extract and place the pins back into the joytsicks? I am talking about the pins in the bottom of these type of joysticks that keeps the stick from being pulled out. The pins are hollow and using pliers just flattens and distroys them.

All Day Truck Rental for only $25

Most places you check (uhaul...) want to charge 60 to 70 cents per mile. Meaning, if your game pickup is 250 miles away, you're looking at about $400 round trip with gas/initial rent charge. However, Ryder's panel Van is only $25 per day and you can drive up to 1000 miles with no additonal...

    Create your own artwork

I was just wondering for artwork that doesn't exist yet (Xybots), is there an easy way to create? For example, if you have a 10 megapixel camera, could you just take a picture of your existing scraped up artwork (right on your cabinet), cleanup in photoshop and send it off to some place like...
