No, the inner side art does not come pre-cut. The alignment of everything varies enough machine to machine that Darin doesn't have it cut.

Everyone's game is different, so a template might not be universal. That's Darin doesn't send his pre-cut. I think in my sig I have a link to my Tron restoration that shows me making one out of cardboard. It's not too tough. EDIT-Nevermind, I don't have a pic of it, just a pic of the art...

That sounds just about right...velvet describes the texture perfectly.

I'm no lamination expert, so I can't say for sure. It's not a glossy finish. It also wasn't as stuff as Tron or Discs of Tron. I'd say that is has sort of matte finish that is sort of sparkly at an angle and has a consistency along the lines of 720s cpos...maybe a slightly rougher texture.

Yeah, I would sand some first, because you're going to flake off a bunch of bad wood and uncover "non-hardened" stuff. After some rough sanding, re-apply the hardener and then it'll take multiple coats of Bondo...like kspiff said. I would also suggest getting glazing putty as well, so after you...
