I currently have a Kortek 25" Chassis with Vertical collapse. It appears to have been capped from somebody in the past. In the past repairing a WG or a Sanyo monitor chassis I would be able to test the HOT. However with this one I am not to sure if that's the problem.... Thanks, Mike
