OK, in a moment of weakness I bought a SFRush the Rock arcade with a bad Neotec NT-27E monitor. It also came with a non-working WG K7500 monitor. Turns out someone had installed the wrong CRT in the NT-27E - it has a Neotec 2701 bonded neck CRT which is bad news for the NT-27E HOT transistor...
