Ok so i cant figure out what the problem is here. I plug in the PCB in my Marvel vs Capcom 2 Machine and everything works fine, other than the screen is facing the wrong way. If i plus it into my other machines the sound plays for about 3 seconds and then freezes and i get scrambled graphics...
