Long story short, nice tube, yoke smoked and was swapped and a cap kit done on the chassis. Vertical orientation and the image is far from centered (too high) on the display... while adjusting the pot on the remote board, you turn a lot to adjust the image just a little and then it jumps down...

Fired up the machine after a while of being idle... played fine up until I bumped the machine going after that last light cycle... Power supply fuse has no continuity but is intact... Replaced fused, no dice. Get a shortly lit LED on the PCB and a blue screen (not powered by microsoft!)...

Mounted a power supply, iso transformer, and line filter to plywood to build a setup on a bench... konami harness with all connections to the power supply in proper locations. Voltage is good for all +/-5v and +12v. Get raster on the monitor, proper voltages to the board, but it won't fire up...
