I have a cab with a marquee, control panel (buttons, switches, sticks, and the two credit indicators would be included), card reader and coin slots (open, no key). I'm gonna toss the wood. What's this stuff worth?
Neo Geo Candy Cab 29" Japanese and Upright cab only for sale
Hi all. I'm selling my Neo Geo stuff (as well as my other classic video game stuff). For now, here's the information on my two Neo Geo's for sale, pasted from http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/vgm/3357399982.html...
I have a...
Don't need to make a new control panel insert. If you look at the picture you can see each control set already has a spot for three additional buttons.
i was just going by the picture on hard mvs. Im really happy with this buy. I was offered to buy it 6 or 8 months ago at 700. I told him i wanted to be at 250. Friday i got a txt that he was ready to sell at my price. So if i buy the mvs to jamma adapter it looks like i can run either the mvs...
Its a candy cab. Mvs u4/33. It isnt completely original because it has a six slot. I grabbed it for 250. Seemed like a good deal. Even has the original japanese manual and two games (puzzle bobble and some soccer game). Can i use the US mvs carts in it? Also it has room for 3 more buttons...
I have had a lot of requests for the control panel and marquee overlay. My intent was to just part out the guts of the machine. These pieces help to complete the look of a proper arcade cabinet. I might be willing to work out some sort of trade deal for something that would replace those two...
I love Neo Geo machines, but at some point, you have to determine whether its worth it to keep investing in something or just let it go. This thing has been a HUGE moneypit for me.
Is $150 for the board too much? That's what I've quoted a couple of people and haven't gotten any...
I'm keeping the cab (gonna build a MAME machine), but everything else is up for grabs. Everything works, but the yoke on the monitor is bad, and I'm tired of messing with it. Only one cart, World Heroes 2. I can't find a replacement yoke, and I think I'd rather just have a MAME/Hyperspin cab.
Oh! Now I see! I didn't realize that was the yoke. I did some reading on this and other forums and...well this is probably my problem. What's it going to cost to fix or replace and where can I get one?
