Don't need to make a new control panel insert. If you look at the picture you can see each control set already has a spot for three additional buttons.

Its a candy cab. Mvs u4/33. It isnt completely original because it has a six slot. I grabbed it for 250. Seemed like a good deal. Even has the original japanese manual and two games (puzzle bobble and some soccer game). Can i use the US mvs carts in it? Also it has room for 3 more buttons...

I love Neo Geo machines, but at some point, you have to determine whether its worth it to keep investing in something or just let it go. This thing has been a HUGE moneypit for me. Is $150 for the board too much? That's what I've quoted a couple of people and haven't gotten any...

I hadn't considered selling the externals on the cab...I have it, but I'd have to think about it...

I'm keeping the cab (gonna build a MAME machine), but everything else is up for grabs. Everything works, but the yoke on the monitor is bad, and I'm tired of messing with it. Only one cart, World Heroes 2. I can't find a replacement yoke, and I think I'd rather just have a MAME/Hyperspin cab.

Oh! Now I see! I didn't realize that was the yoke. I did some reading on this and other forums and...well this is probably my problem. What's it going to cost to fix or replace and where can I get one?
