My Zaxxon doesn't work anymore, just comes up making a constant "wind" noise, nothing on the screen. I checked the voltages, look fine, reseated all the ROMs and harness connections, no luck. It looks like El Dorado does these on a flat-rate, but I thought I'd check with the community first.
