Oh ok. Thanks. So is there a place on the panel where something actually plugs in? There are no wires coming from it right? So do most people not use the light panel? What else do they use to make the lights cycle from mini marquee to mini marquee?

So I finally located a four slot marquee for my four slot neo geo. I was also able to get a hold of the back lighting panel. Question. I am afraid however that I am missing what's circled in the pic. Is this going to be hard to find? Also I'm assuming that the wire hanging in my cab plugs...
