I just purchased a Mortal Kombat 2 Board and sound board and tried putting it in my old Mortal Kombat cabinet. I'm getting the same sound problems as you. Not sure why. I didn't hook up a sound pot though, not sure which pins are the correct ones. Could this be why my sound is static? Any help...
