Not saying bad caps are your entire problem but they need to be replaced anyway. I replaced mine a couple years ago as mine had wrong colors and color streaking. I replaced the electrolytic capacitors with tantalum capacitors. I explain why and show how I did it in a YouTube video.

When I lost all sound and speech on my GORF it was a shorted tantalum capacitor on the audio amp board which also blew the fuse in the bottom of the cabinet. Here's the video of how I fixed mine.
