Nice work on the restore! From what I can remember I ran into a similar situation with the adhesive when doing a TMNT restore. From what I can remember either mineral spirits or acetone on a rag should take the remaining adhesive right off. I think I also used a plastic putty knife/scraper...

Hey Mark, I think some older samples may have gotten mixed up when I sent them into you for testing. My softest grommets for robotron were made at 2 lbs and my slightly firmer grommets were made at around 4lbs. I'll send you 2 more of the 4lbs just to see what you think when you get a chance...
