Anyone in the area doing chassis troubleshooting and repair? I need some work done on a Neotec NT-2701 monitor. Had V-HOLD and horizontal bar issues. I did a cap kit and now I have an H-HOLD and still horizontal bars. Adjusting the H-HOLD pot on the chassis didn't help. Thanks
