Too much or wrong time of year?

I have a pacman cabaret with a ms pac marquee and board. It is showing a garbled screen, it does end up showing the start screen but goes back to the test screen. Here is a thread with a picture and video of what it is doing and some opinions of what it might be...

It is a ms pac in a pacman cab. The wire is off of the test switch. Will try that.

2 player button starts 2 player game, single player button randomly starts one player or two player game. Very strange....

I know there was already a thread on this but I can't find it. When I press the single player button on my 48in1, half the time it coins up 1st and second player both. Any help?
