I broke what looks like a glass capacitor on an asteroids pcb. In the manual it lists the part location as C104 ceramic disc radial lead. Are they interchangeable?

I have seen both monitor sizes listed for cabarets. When I measure mine, Asteroids, the inside viewable area is 13", which makes sense to me. Although, measuring to the outside edge, is about 15". Are people measuring wrong? Squeezing in bigger ones? Or does 15" apply to other cabarets?
