I'm helping a friend with a deluxe big buck safari, It appears NONE of the led boards register. We bought some new ones and can't get any to register. Aside from swapping the I/O board what else can we test? The wiring all looks good and I've re-seated all the cables.

I've got an nt-550dx in a nicktoons nitro that was mostly working but needed new caps. I replaced the caps now I can only get the on screen menu for adjustments and the screen when no signal is found. I no longer get any video from the pc. I double checked the polarity of the caps and everything...
