Will a bad pot cause the steering to lock full right the second the machine is powered on? It also doesn't calibrate during boot up.

Hi all, recently my rush the rock started having a steering issue. The force feedback is locking the steering all the way to the right at all times. Is this typically a board issue? Is it even repairable?
