This came out of a Ms. Pac-Man cocktail. The tube had major burn but it worked just fine. It has the original caps so a cap kit would be a good idea. I ended up throwing the tube away and used a rebuilt k7000 in the Ms. Pac-Man. Asking $65 shipped in the States.
