The midway 161-900-1 as found in Gun Fight. I'm pretty sure the FB is bad... The monitor blows one of the 1amp slo's right at power up. I didn't find anything shorted on the chassis or the deflection board. It was capped about a year ago and worked for several months but crapped out recently...
