The cabaret collection is growing. Picked this up over the weekend. Needs a new speaker, grille and some work on the bottom front corners, but in good working condition otherwise. Should I do any preventative maintenance to the power supply or monitor chassis?

Need the steering shaft gear for sure, I think it's the B gear? Could also use the larger, spring loaded A? gear. Heck could use them all but especially need the first one mentioned. Anyone have any good replacements laying around?

I've got it in. Working great, except I can't fire up or down in Vanguard. I adjusted the menu to 4 button fire and tried the jumper on the adapter but I can only fire forward and back. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Other than that I'm loving this setup so far. EDIT: nevermind. Found...
