Do you think it's one of the millions of inductors and capacitors up by the edge connector?

If memory serves, I remember checking green from the edge connector to that chip, and it had continuity. I'll have to double check to verify though when I get the chance.

Everything is being tested on the LCD through the Supergun. All other PCB's display green just fine..only the Blitz PCB is missing green.

I haven't connected it to a CRT whatsoever. I tested the PCB on my test rig (supergun) that's connected to an LCD monitor. All my other PCB's work just fine on that setup...all colors, etc. So im assuming it's an issue on the PCB itself.

I do not have an oscilloscope...nor do I have an ly schematics at hand.

Yes, I have considered it. However, with the appropriate guidance...I would like to try and tackle it myself. Worst case scenario I would be more likely to contact the company you provided. We'll see what happens. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Cleaning the edge connector was the first thing I did before I tested it...it's something I normally do with all boards before testing. Also, I haven't even hooked it up in a cabinet yet. Testing has been solely on my test rig setup (LCD montitor), and all other games work with no issues...so it...

C'mon, someone out there must have some knowledge as to how to remedy this issue...I COULD send it to whomever and have it fixed, but I'd much rather try and do it myself. Granted it's not out of the scope of my ability.

Well Maximum is just a simple swapping of the revision roms...U63 and U54. Regular OR Maximum makes no difference to me. Which ever you'd prefer. Looking to get $325 shipped
