You can try reseating the roms on the board and if that does not work replace the capacitors on the board. Caps are heavily used in audio production on PCBs.

Check the transistors on the neck board? Usually there are three one for each color red, green, and blue. If they are thr same, you can swap them and see if you lose a different color.
