There's no contradiction here. VAPS primary reason is an inventory of what games are out there and where they are located. I've been stymied multiple times by the inactive ownership, especially when trying to connect with another collector of a rare game. With these members blinded, it's lost...

Yup. US Billiards was more known for billiards and air hockey. Their air hockey ads are all over 70s Replay and Play Meters. Brunswick made a pong clone also. Likewise, I imagine PMC (Philadelphia Music Company) came from the world of jukes.
