Thanks for the reply. I have placed a working 8ohm speaker on the end (I am a newbie and assume that 8ohm is correct impedance). I also bypassed the pot with a resistor within the proper range. All I continue to get is crackling just like the first board. Not a single sound. Other thoughts?

Hi folks. I have a Leland Quarterback upright with no sound. The powersupply is putting out 5v, -5v and 12v and the 12v and 5v show on the board. Board passes all internal diagnostics. I could hear crackling when disconnecting and reconnecting the speaker wire from board. I then replaced the...
