I always loved the game and played it fairly often in the arcade. The parallax scrolling, sense of urgency, and gruesome aliens were a great combination.

Thanks for sharing Zete. You've inspired me to Novus my bezel. It has some patina as well, including a little etched graffiti. Seeing this, I think I will be able to make it look a lot better.

+1 for QB-3. Jonathan had mentioned to me that it would be at CAX this year, but I had no idea how complete and enjoyable it would be. I've added a partial picture of it below. Hopefully someone has a more complete picture. Sinistar with updated roms was enjoyable to experience as well, IMO.

My first arcade cabinet was a working 720 for $230 in 1995. At the time, I imagined this being like tattoos: You get one, and you want more. Twenty-plus games coming and going later, that suspicion may have been accurate.

A week to a week and a half. If I am traveling for work, the arcade is one of the things I miss the most besides family.

Awesome work. I am excited to see the swappable control panel process as well.

Update on a past order that has been fulfilled: A while back I ordered some out-of-stock artwork from Rich and TOG. I knew it would be a while before it would go to print. Life happened on my side and some of my needs changed. Rich worked with me to adjust the order to fit the more current...
