The graphics card is evga gt 730 1gig Software 1.56 Computer optiplex 380

I put a evga 1gig gt730 in mine and still doesn't want to work. It goes to a black command prompt screen and stops at suhlp.exe and than closes and just sits at the logo screen. Any ideas?

Looking for a power harness that goes inside the computer of a raw thrills game. One end has a 8 pin connector mounted on a PCI bracket, the other end is a atx extension cable with wires spliced in. This is for a guitar hero but same harness used on many raw thrills games.
