Hey Parism, Checked IC106 and everything checks good. I also verified IC106 in a working boardset and the pins have the same values. Pin 8 is a constant high. Also had test roms installed and it does the same (nothing). I just get a red screen.

Yep you were correct. I had a broken trace on pin 16 connecting to 15. Funny thing is both boards tested ok with test roms installed (and broken trace) and using a known good video board. CPU board is NOW working 100%. with that trace repaired. The video board is still a problem. All I get with...
