I am trying to fix my wells monitor for a Rampage game. I recapped the monitor but it has a strange waviness on the top half of the screen. This doesnt move like the hula dance symptom. It just stays in a fixed scrambled pattern that won't adjust out as shown in the attached picture. Any idea...

I found the coolest thing behind the monitor cardboard on a Centipede. They left assembly instructions. I scanned a copy, see attached.

I picked up a Tac Scan that only has 255 plays on the counter. It looks like a dedicated game to me. There's a Tac Scan tag inside and outside the cabinet. Did they make these as a dedicated game or were they all conversion kits?
