I have a friend that has this game and he needs some repair work done. The game starts and sounds like it works but the screen is mixed up, it looks like a jig saw puzzle. The game is in his basement in Arlington Hts. Il. Can someone please help?

The screen is Jumbled. You can here the game working but the picture is scrambled. I tried all the things I know (not a lot). The manual mentions a vidio upgrade in it but am not sure about that. Checked the start up diagnostics but no help.
