Finally found my hyper sports PCB. But it has some issues sadly. Cleaned every chip legs and just replaced sockets at A12, A14, C12, and C14. Made the test ROM and think it says error with video and color and I believe main ram is okay.... Looking for ideas on what to check next.

Is the main board for the 20 channel comparator still for sale or is that long gone?

I keep going back and forth haha. Do I mode the AR2 to be just an amp or just replace it all. I have some amps I bought on eBay still need to try them out. And have a nice computer power supply. Just need to make my mind up and do it.

Oh joy repaired the vertical collapse a few months back. And now after having some friends over playing in the arcade I look over and see this ... I did a full cap kit a few months ago. The vertical hole has been funky. Seams to ack up and not hold correctly as it warms up so need to check...

At the farthest away +5 test point I get +5.01.

So at the moment I still have sync issues but the as it scrolls the image looks much better.

Okay sorry for the delay haha tried to get my hands on Sony pvm monitor and was successful.

Turned up the 5 volts and much better but colors look off. And looks like I might have a bad socket or two.

Here's it hooked to an old pic monitor. And apply any pressure to one side of the board screen goes crazy.

That damn CGA to VGA the Frogger looked fine. Looks like I need to get a real monitor for the test bench.

Hmmm interesting I thought the monitor works with issues. But found something interesting I tried a Frogger board I have still and get the white lines too. But yet my 60 in 1 looks fine.

Looking for advice made a jamma adapter to test my board and on my cga to vga on the bench I get no video. So tried in my only Jamma cab and the video looks bad white lines on the screen. So not sure if I have it hooked up right. For the video sync I hooked that to the Comp. Sync. But the...

Making progress with this damn thing. Less reboots and saves high scores. But now the audio is giving me problems. Some times it works perfect and others it's horrible. Like passing other cars sounds like I'm passing mosquitoes... Here is a video of it sound the worst...

Thanks just tried it with a power supply and changed speed and it looked like it worked no error like I got before. Can't wait to see if this works in her Ms PAC.

Yeah two failed to do blank check and read. Have like one or two more haha that should still be good. I just ordered a power supply so will try again in the "read only" and see if that works.

What chip would you suggest at the moment I'm trying to upgrade a Ms.pac-man so it will run attract in free play.

Ha can't ever be easy. They chips are new or new old stock. Hmm now to see if I have a power supply that would work or will have to buy one.
