It sounds like you have a pretty good handle on this. Congratulations on your new purchase. I’ve got three Grayhound skill cranes and spare parts.

If the toy taxi uses the “Chinese” circuit board you might be able to get the pin out of the connector. Then match the color of the wire at each pin and connect at the location the matches the description on the connector. I hope that this helps.

I think the peak voltage on your claw should be about 36 volts

I’m pretty sure you should be able to move the shaft on the motor. Sometimes the shaft even has a slot cut into it. I can’t see from the picture, but can you remove the screws that mount the motor to the plate? If so that should help you be able to turn the motor shaft between your th7mb and...
