What would cause this? The image is rock solid stable but not right, obviously. I tried my LCD test monitor in the game and the picture was fine, perfectly centered. Thanks!

I was changing a dead PS today and this is how it was wired. Field ground tied to the electronic ground. The field ground wire from the A/C power RF box was attached to the case of the PS. I have never seen this. Anyone else?
