Yep it's getting harder to sell video games especially expensive ones. I don't think pinball has seen much of a decrease but it's probably coming.

Seems like a lot of games are taking longer to sell even with prices lowered. A lot of us are aging out of the hobby. Lugging heavy games around when you are in your late 50s/early 60s is not as easy as it once was. And there is a whole 1up subculture now. It kind of reminds me of this...

Bob Roberts used to sell a kit to replace all the edge connectors and pins. That was helpful when I had similar issues. Also, i reseated the two big boards that fit together once in a while and that seemed to help. I have not had my machine turned on in over 5 years too so I am guessing it...

It's happened twice before...late 90s dot com crash tanked prices for arcade games and the 2007/2008 recession tanked prices for arcade games. I guess the difference now is that the prices for these games reached astounding levels so it will be interesting to see where the bottom is. Not sure...

Awesome game. This upright is the best version of the game IMHO. I was never able to save the guy on the motorcycle!

Sold for $1751. Seems like a good deal given the history. I don't doubt that Hefner had issues but he was never even charged with a crime while alive.

yeah your 40s really flies by. same with your 50s. I'm starting to think about turning 60 and retirement. Haven't had my games on in a while. I started collecting games 33 years ago. Time flies, and tomorrow is not guaranteed.
