For Sale: R-Type: Original Irem/Nintendo Dedicated JAMMA PCB, not a conversion of bootleg. Boots and plays with sound, passes RAM/ROM startup test. Note this is the dedicated version so it was factory modified by nintendo to use an external sound amp. Can be reversed to output sound over the...

Dragon's Lair II - Stuck at title screen

Just posting this here in case some poor sap finds themselves in the same situation. If the Dragon's Lair II arcade PCB cannot talk to the Laserdisc player it will bomb out and freeze at the title screen. This will cause the 3 solid lights, etc. If you have the Sony player in your Dragon's...

    Mortal Kombat 4 Sync issues

Hey everyone! Having a spot of trouble with my dedicated MK4. The game boots and plays fine (at least seems to) but there is some sort of sync issue that causes the monitor to constant roll. The issue appears to be in the board itself as we've swapped in another monitor and it's been pretty...

What's a dedicated Sega Shadow Dancer Worth?

No problem, i'll scan it in the next few days and make sure it gets uploaded.

What's a dedicated Sega Shadow Dancer Worth?

Looking at the evidence i think it's reasonable to assume that the 'dedicated' Shadow Dancer came in this 'easily convertible' Sega cabinet. The cabinet manual very specifically states 'Shadow Dancer' owners manual and has pictures of the exact cabinet in it. I also can't imagine this cabinet...

What's a dedicated Sega Shadow Dancer Worth?

Hahaha nevermind. Sometimes it really is just an unplugged monitor cable and a sound pot.

What's a dedicated Sega Shadow Dancer Worth?

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread but just picked up a Shadow dancer in a group purchase. Just like the others that have posted, it's in the exact same 'generic' sega cabinet. I was also curious if it was dedicated or a conversion. If it's a conversion its not a cabinet i've seen before...

    WTB Ultracade control panel overlay/sideart

Interesting.. I've had one of these for a few years but never even knew it had sideart. Mine only has a CPO (very faded) and a marquee (also very faded) left. I figured finding NOS artwork will be next to impossible but if anyone ever finds a source please count me in as well.

FS Parts: Nintendo vs and Midway Guns

Guns! Guns! Guns! OK clearing out some old parts that have been sitting around. 2x Midway *.* Hunting style guns: Fairly clean condition but still were on location so some scratches, etc. but nothing major. Gun #1 was working when I actually had a deer hunter years ago. We hooked it up to an...

Dragon's Lair II - Stuck at title screen

Hey guys, fired up my Dragon's Lair II the other night and it doesn't seem to want to boot. Game comes up with just the title screen paused, nothing else. None of the normal startup beeps, etc. Player is fine. if you boot the game without the rs-232 cable attached it will spin up and play the...

    Rave Racer - Changing Difficulty

Quick question - I can't seem to change the difficulty on my Rave Racer. When you hit up the 'Game Options' portion of the settings you can change the car color but nothing else. If you attempt to change any of the actual game settings it won't allow you to actually modify the values. They...

    FT/FS: Warlords Cocktail

Thanks for the rep Mick! Yeah its a nice, nice game. Literally took me years to get it off the most recent owner. While I don't 100% know its history back to 1980, from what I can gather its been in home use for a very, very long time. I'd imagine it got kicked to the curb when Pac-Man came out...

    FT/FS: Warlords Cocktail

Hey, picked up a Warlords cocktail a week or so back. Fun game but no real interest in keeping it. Fixing it up right now as a few small issues (nothing major other than missing rails but working on replacements) should clean up real nice. Glass is original and strikingly nice given its age. PCB...
