My defender seems to be stuck in reset. Had boards gone over and are ok. But, when I hook it up on my machine the four LED's just stay on and the game does not start - no rug screen, no sounds. I have all three voltages at the power supply and at all the ram chips. I'm getting really frustrated!!

Sounds easy enough, but what is a good place to buy the parts? The capacitors are a bit large.

Does anyone know if there are any rebuild kits for the UPT or Condor power supplies?
