All of them are working for you? I can see the first 7 of the power supplies, but then there are 7 after that, where he is showing test points, appear broken. Then 4 more good ones and then 4 more broken ones. I use Chrome, but got the same results in Firefox and Edge too.

I thought maybe I fixed it at one point after fiddling with all of the connectors on the board, of which there are many. But then it came back. Power cycling it does not seem to make any difference.
