Update: Everyone who said it was a game board issue is correct. Now that that has been straightened out, monitor still has an issue. Is this a sync problem?

Damn! Looks like I move to the board after a few more checks. Glad to see I didn't do anything wrong recapping the monitor.

Thanks for the help guys. I feel like I am so close! I connected the wire to "E" on the neck board and centered all the pots. Display got lighter, but there is still definitely an issue.

I picked up a Missile Command a while ago and the Monitor was DOA. Someone suggested a cap kit before I did anything, so I ordered a one from Bob Roberts along with a new throwback transformer and H.O.T. (one of the fuses was blown). I now have video, but the screen is blue. Also, does anyone...

Thanks for the help everyone. The blown cap is C519. I will order a replacement, cap kit, flyback transformer and give the thing a bath. I will then check the H.O.T. And VR (thanks for the video tutorial Buffett). I will let you know how it goes.
