Does this version require a separate power supply for the converter board?

Bump. Still looking for a lizardlick adapter, as I would like to avoid throwing another PSU in my original Ms. Pac if possible.

Located in NJ! Looking for the lizardlick, or any other solution that doesn't involve mounting a switching/atx psu in the cab! Thanks
