It will not zero out. No response at all from joystick

I picked up a 720 and the joystick does not do anything. I think the optic board is bad , because with the two plugs that go to the board unplugged there is continuity across all the pins. Pretty sure that is not supposed to be. Correct me please if I am wrong. Thanks for the help

What is the a board?

I purchased this board and it has some glitches. Has split screen in attract. During game play only the upper scores and lower portion are split. I have reset the chips adjusted the 5 vdc but did not make a difference. Any thoughts suggestions? Thanks

After doing a cap kit on my monitor I put it back together and turned on the machine. Right away smoke and fire!! On the pcb board. Note to self make sure all connections are correct.I swapped jb and jc on the monitor. Ugh.. Question is could I have fried something on the chassis board as well?

Finally got the vinyl and applied it. Came out nice.good material easy to work with. But you definitely need to really prep the cabinet, any flaws will stand out.

Ok after replacing caps and the 7 pots on this chassis, doing because I could not adjust the size of the picture it was to large horizontally, it now looks like this. I purchased the kit along with a new flyback from bob roberts, I did not replace the flyback because it does not look like the...

Can someone please tell me what chassis this is? Want to order cap kit. Right now the picture is to large and no matter what I adjust does not help. Could it be something other than caps and/or pots? Thanks James
