Thanks Icanbyorsuprman for the info on the screws. Good to know! And I get to say SALE PENDING.

I wish I could have gotten it lit up a little better today. Even so, it still looks pretty great! Maybe I'll get the rest of that white paint off tomorrow.

It has these cool blacklight bulbs in the play area. Check that out. But changing the bulbs was harder than it looked. I thought I had the right wrench to get at them all but... nope! In case you were interested it takes one of these. I'm not going mess with that right now. So instead...

We got bulbs today! And not just any bulbs. We got exact replacements. It takes F15T8s in cool white for the canopy and F15T8 blacklights for the control panel areas. There is a Tron listed on Ebay right now that has bright bulbs in the control panel areas and it really looks distracting...

Thanks for all the kind words! We found that the white paints spots do come off fairly easy. We dampened a sponge with warm water and wet the paint spot and then was able to peel it off using just a fingernail. Before After It really should clean up great. :)

I understand completely. And thanks for the information on the id numbers.

Hey! Thanks for the great comments. Icanbyorsuperman, I'd love to sell it to you. Pilot Truck Stop at the Haughton Exit on I-20 is literally right down the Hwy from me. I can get it there pretty easy. No extra charge or anything since its so close. Does the rig have a lift gate on it...

Last pic. A little dusty but looks nice. End of line! End of line! End of line! Haha! Dumont: Yes I'm old. Old enough to remember when the MCP was just a chess program! How about... Kevin Flynn: I shouldn't have written in all those tank programs. The memories! Alright, time to bring...

Top glass. The graphic is close to perfect. No pealing. No crazing. As you would expect, all the bulbs are out. They tried to fire but all they could do was flicker a little. I am going to replace as many bulbs as I can. Will post new pics when I do. I looked for a serial number but...

Nice, right? I thought so! Original overlay looks nice. Trigger works great and feels solid. No cracks. Coin bucket. Ok, I should have cleaned it a little but uh... maybe you wanted to see some all original 1980s dust? Its heavy black plastic with a metal handle. I also need to...

Right side. I thought it was funny that it still has its amusement license tax sticker. Look at that whopping $50 buck sticker! Heres the bad part. What you are seeing here is some white paint rubs and some actual scratches. I would love to blame the damage on communists but it was...

Cool, right?! All original and working! But what does it look like? I'm going to take some pics right now. Its not perfect, but I think you may be suprised. This is after a quick clean! We just used soap and water to wipe down the cabinet. We used Novus plastic cleaner on the plastic...

Greetings, programs! I have an all original coin op Tron video game in Shreveport/Bossier, Louisiana that needs a new home. Let me tell you how I got it! It was purchased in late '82 by my grandfather's company, Jimmie's Vending. He focused mainly on Pool Tables and Juke boxes for his bar...
