Yes, it does sound like a joke! But its not... I even went as far as to record the conversation I had with them (with their consent), telling me I had to pay their lic for specifically Guitar Hero, and things like AC/DC pinball... The other arcade forwarded me their email chain with BMI...

They are also telling another local arcade, they need to pay for the "music" in their SPACE INVADERS and ALL of their arcade games... They also brought up his NEW STERN games.... And yes, what about Crazy Taxi? Do I need to contact Sega too? Today its BMI, tomorrow its ASCAP, then the others...

Digging this back up. Does anyone know the outcome of all this? I can not find anything. I have BMI doing this to me right now. I reached out to RAW, Andy (VP) told me I am covered by their agreement with ASCAP, but BMI is not backing down. Told me to contact my lawyer.

Reach out to nazerine and he should be able to help you out. It took him some time to get back to me, but did and was able to help. I can supply you the dics, but you still need the serial numbers. He is the only source I know of to get the numbers, and he has the discs (images) too.

I forgot to mention, it says tube is 48cm (18.9 Inches) and it has a Donkey Kong board attached to it, but it is not in a nintindo cab, so I have no ideas...
