Thanks I just pushed it on a little more still nothing. it looked a little crooked so I gave it a small twist and we are back in business. Does that entire board pull straight off the back of the tube? For future reference if the tube car cracked is it fixable or is it time for a new monitor?

Matt, or anyone else out there. I was placing the keyboard back inside the case and I ever so lightly taped the board sticking out of the back of the monitor....now no picture. Where do I start to figure out what I did?
