I've had the same issue with multi game board controls not working correctly in one of my cabs. As ken mentioned it came down to a ground. I wired a ground wire from one of my joystick grounds to the coin door ground and it seemed to do the trick !

memory upgrade does little on its own. Will improve some games a little, but the CPU upgrade works the best. A Celeron 2.8 will greatly improve some games, but MK II still stutters and NBA JAM and Narc still run like crap. You need a full P4 to play those fine. Must be a 400FSB version. DDR400...

No that will work fine... just be warned that the Celerons are not the fastest in the world. That 2.8 runs as fast as a 1.8-2.0ghz P4 with 512 cache. MK II will run with some sound stutter, NBA JAM will still be very laggy. Narc will still be unplayable.

ok good luck.. be for warned... you can't overclock on this board. Any changes to the cpu settings in the bios will be reversed once you reboot. Someone has already tired....

It will work, but it is running at a slower clock. from what I recall (correct me if I am wrong) the p4 3.0 runs at 15x200 to get 3.0ghz 200 quad pump comes to 800 The board will support FSB of 100x4=400fsb so 15x100 is 1.5ghz... while I am sure it runs faster that the celeron 1.7, you are...

p4 3ghz 1 meg cache cpu will not detect correctly on this board. Must be a socket 478 400FSB chip to work correctly. 2.8 400fsb 512 cache is the highest you can put on this board.... but one of the main suppliers in hong kong suggests no higher then 2.4 for some odd reason. the 2.8 does work !!

Anytime you ghost one drive to another the original does not get deleted, but anything on the other drive does... its your call, but I would not use that drive.... it's a POS ! my 2 cents
